Hillcrest Colonial Manor / Laurel Elderly Housing

Laurel Elderly Housing, located in a quiet neighborhood, is a 16-unit affordable housing project that is community owned and managed by the Laurel Housing Authority, within the community of Laurel, Nebraska.  Residents have safe, decent and affordable housing.  The apartments are located at 707 Cedar Avenue. Rental assistance is available for qualified applicants.  Applicants must meet income qualifications, citizenship status and pass the criminal background checks.  Electricity, gas, sewer and trash is all included in the rent payment.  A range, refrigerator, and window air conditioner is provided also.  Laundry facilities are located in the community building.  Snow removal and lawn mowing is also provided, with maintenance staff and the business Director available daily and for emergencies.  The apartments are non-smoking and pet friendly.  Residents have off street parking and have use of a community room.
